The Consortium for Dissemination of DEWATS (CDD) is a framework organization founded on January 3rd, 2002 in Bangalore, India. There are seven assignment places in Bangalore for weltwaerts-bremen volunteers:

  • Improving Health and Hygiene by providing basic sanitation services, supporting the Technical Team
  • Support for the Feacal Sludge Management Team
  • Supporting Urban Local Bodies in preparing sanitation plans
  • Support for food security through improvements in the reuse of fecal sludge
  • Support for the development and the implementation of DEWATS trainings. Team: Capacity Building
  • Support for CDD ́s department marketing and sales
  • Support for research of fecal sludge probes of DEWATS systems. Team: Research and Development
